OKR company demo pack

The Northstar Industrial Supplies demo shows how Flolah runs a company from objectives instead of isolated agent tasks.

An administrator installs a fictional Singapore distributor with:

  • a CEO, two synthetic human employees, and eight AI employees;
  • annual and quarterly objectives with revenue, margin, pipeline, DSO, and OTIF key results;
  • seven objective-linked, multi-node workflows;
  • synthetic CRM and ERP evidence plus live provider mirrors; Twenty is preferred for CRM and ERPNext Sales CRM is the safe fallback when an isolated Twenty workspace is unavailable;
  • autonomous read, internal-write, and synthetic-communication policies;
  • prohibited financial/destructive actions; and
  • monthly token and error budgets for every AI employee.

After installation, open Objectives to see the FY2026 objective and active Q3 objective, Workflows to inspect the execution paths, My Org for the company structure, Knowledge for evidence, Efficiency for budgets, and Policies for Action Control.

The CEO can ask the COO: “Give me Q3 objective health, evidence, blockers, and next actions.” The COO delegates to the relevant employees and uses objective-linked goals and workflows. WhatsApp can be used after the CEO pairs a device; private session credentials are never included in the seed pack.

Cleanup and reseed are operator-managed and owner-confirmed. Cleanup removes only resources recorded in the pack install ledger and retains the CEO account and provider workspaces.
