Flolah

Terms of Service

Version 2026-08-09 · Effective 9 August 2026 · Operator: Flolah ("we", "us")

These Terms are product operating terms and are not a substitute for legal advice. Have counsel review for your jurisdiction.

1. Agreement

By creating an account, checking "I agree", or using Flolah (the AI Company OS and related services, including login.flolah.cloud and the marketing site), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you register for a company, you represent that you can bind that organization.

2. The Service

Flolah provides software to create and operate an AI-native company: hire and configure AI employees, workflows, tools, connectors, knowledge, and governance. We offer capabilities, not professional legal, medical, investment, accounting, or other regulated advice. Results depend on your configuration, inputs, third-party models, and external systems.

3. Accounts and security

4. AI outputs, human gates, and your responsibility

The Service uses AI, automation, and third-party models. Outputs may be wrong, incomplete, biased, outdated, or unsuitable. You alone must review, validate, and decide whether to rely on any output, recommendation, draft, message, analysis, trade idea, content, or action from AI employees, tools, workflows, or models.

5. User content and rights

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host, process, transmit, back up, and display that content to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of third-party model weights accessed via BYOK. Flolah software, branding, documentation, and UI remain ours (or our licensors'), except open-source components described in Open Source notices.

6. Connectors, automation, and third parties

You are responsible for third-party accounts, OAuth grants, API keys, browser sessions, MCP configs, and outbound actions (posts, emails, trades, CRM writes, etc.) from your workspace. You must have rights to use those accounts and must comply with third-party terms and law.

7. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, abusive, or infringing activity; to attack systems or evade multi-tenant controls; to spam; or to process others' data without a lawful basis. We may suspend or terminate accounts that create risk or violate these Terms.

8. Free, beta, and open-source components

Free tiers and experimental features are provided AS IS and may change or end. Open-source and free components keep their own licenses and disclaimer of warranties. Using the Service does not grant Flolah proprietary source rights. See Open Source Notices.

9. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity from use of the Service or reliance on AI outputs. Our aggregate liability is limited to fees you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the claim (or USD 100 if you paid nothing), except where liability cannot be limited by law.

11. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your content; AI actions under your configuration; failure to apply human review; or violation of law or third-party rights/terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes use a new version identifier (currently 2026-08-09). Continued use after the effective date, or new acceptance at register/re-accept, constitutes agreement.

13. Contact

Questions: in-product support or contact channels on flolah.cloud.
