Open the product
- Go to https://login.flolah.cloud.
- New CEO → Register.
- Existing CEO → enter email and password, then complete MFA if your organisation requires it.
The marketing homepage Start with Flolah button also takes you to the login host.
Browsers
Use a current desktop Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari. The product is designed for a laptop or desktop first. Phones can open Home chat and Kanban, but company setup and workflow editing are easier on a larger screen.
What you will need
- A work email you can access (for registration and optional email one-time codes)
- An authenticator app if your organisation uses time-based MFA (Google Authenticator, Authy, Microsoft Authenticator, 1Password, and similar)
- Optional: API keys if you want to use your own OpenAI or OpenRouter account instead of the platform default model
You do not need to install software to start. Optional Windows packages (desktop workflow runner, browser worker) are covered later if you need them.
