People (human employees)
The CEO (company owner) can invite human employees into the same company. They do not get a separate organisation or their own AI-employee grants. They work with the CEO’s AI employees, Knowledge, tools, and CRM/ERP.
Invite and roles: My Org → People. Place them on the chart: My Org → Design (drag like AI employees). Details on departments: Org and departments.
Invite
- Open My Org (
/org) → People. - Enter name, email, and optional phone.
- Choose a role (CEO Delegate or Member, or a custom role).
- Flolah emails a password-reset / invite link (valid several days).
- They sign in at the same login page as you.
Only the CEO and a CEO Delegate can invite, disable, or change roles.
Roles

| CEO Delegate | Same company screens as the CEO (org, tools, people). Not platform Admin. Cannot remove the CEO account. |
| Member | Always: Home, Kanban, Profile. Extra screens only if you tick them (My Org, Efficiency, CRM, ERP, Knowledge, …). |
CRM/ERP ticks mean they may open those desks. They sign in with their email inside the company CRM/ERP workspace — not a separate Twenty or ERPNext company.
Always on
Every employee can open Home (COO chat), Kanban, and Profile. Members chat and delegate with the COO and AI employees in their department. CEO and CEO Delegate see the full team.
Kanban
Everyone sees all cards. Department members may act, chat, approve, or reopen only when the assignee (AI employee or person) is in their department. Unassigned cards are view-only for members. CEO and CEO Delegate can act on any card.
Efficiency
Efficiency View → Department includes people task counts. User View (/efficiency?tab=user) is Kanban performance for people this month (parallel to Agent View).
COO
Treat people as employees. Prefer AI employees for execution; send approvals to humans. If no specialist fits, the COO can assign a Kanban card to a person.
