Welcome to Flolah
Flolah is the AI Company OS. You are the CEO. You hire AI employees, give them roles and tools, store company knowledge, and supervise work the way you would a small team.
Flolah is open source under the Apache License 2.0. The source is on GitHub: https://github.com/balaji-ranga/agent-os.
This public guide walks you from first access through running the company:
- Access the product and create your account
- Set up company identity, team, and keys
- Run chat, Kanban, standups, and recurring goals
- Connect workflows, CRM/ERP, and channels
- Operate with approvals, budgets, and troubleshooting
You do not need APIs or infrastructure knowledge for everyday use.
How the company runs
You stay CEO. The COO is your chief of staff: you give an outcome, the COO plans and delegates to named AI employees, and you supervise on Kanban and the bell.
Full platform poster plus interactive diagrams: How the company runs. In the product they also sit above the Home dashboard and at the top of My Org.
What you get on day one
After you register, Flolah provisions a starter organisation that typically includes:
- A COO — plans, delegates, and keeps you informed
- Workflow Builder — helps you design visual automations
- Platform Help — answers product how-to questions inside the app
You can hire more specialists, invite human people, enable optional CRM/ERP, and connect WhatsApp, Slack, Voice, or business apps when you are ready.
Two ways to get help
| Where | When to use it |
|---|---|
This site (/docs) | Open, public walkthrough — start here before or after you sign in |
| Platform Help (in the app) | Ask in plain language while you are logged in; it searches the same product how-to corpus |
Legal documents (Terms, Privacy, Cookies) live under Legal and in the login footer. Flolah source (Apache-2.0): github.com/balaji-ranga/agent-os. Named component attribution: Open source notices.
What this guide does not cover
This is end-user documentation. It does not describe hosting, internal administration, or how Flolah is deployed. If something in the product needs a platform operator, the troubleshooting page tells you to wait or contact support — not how to change servers.
