Coordinate AI and human employees
Flolah is a coordinated company execution system involving both AI employees and human employees. Work does not have to stop when human knowledge, judgement, negotiation, or accountability is required.
How it works
- Add human employees in My Org → People, including department, specialty, purpose, reporting manager, and role.
- The org chart shows the CEO, COO, AI employees, and human employees in one reporting structure.
- The COO can plan a goal and assign each step to the best eligible AI or human employee under the company’s assignment policy.
- Human work arrives as an owner-scoped Kanban task containing the original goal, the assigned outcome, and relevant outputs from earlier steps in that goal.
- The employee records a concrete outcome, blocker, or question. Flolah validates that response before continuing the exact goal step.
- Nearing ETA tasks turn amber and nudge the owner. Breached tasks turn red and escalate to the CEO through configured channels.
Chat and calls
Company members can use Home’s Chat with selector for eligible AI employees and human colleagues. Employees normally see the COO and AI employees in their own department; the CEO controls this through People → Roles & permissions → Agent chat. Human conversations remain company-scoped and can be archived. Short-lived voice links let eligible colleagues start a WebRTC call without exposing a permanent access token.
Human task controls
- Complete task requires a concrete result or evidence; “done” alone is returned for clarification.
- Unable to complete requires a specific blocker and pauses the step for reassignment or CEO resolution instead of silently failing the whole goal.
- Ask a question keeps the exact goal and step context waiting for an answer.
- ETA choices are 4, 8, 12, 24, or 36 hours. Kanban shows green, amber, and red SLA state.
The COO status checker lists only amber/red task details, summarizes completed work as a count, and includes an escalation section.
